He has led multi-million-dollar licensing deals, built strategic alliances with top-tier pharma, and guided emerging technologies from concept to commercialization.

At Kolon TissueGene, Steve was instrumental in managing global business development activities and was a key contributor to a licensing deal valued at up to $600M. Earlier, at Champions Oncology, he successfully negotiated licensing agreements with premier institutions and secured a major partnership deal with Cephalon worth $28M.

He also brings a unique perspective from his early work at Paramount Capital, a life science venture capital firm, where he helped found Discovery Laboratories (NASDAQ: DSCO) based on a licensed therapeutic and $22M in funding.

Steve holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and an MA from Yeshiva University. His passion lies in helping life science companies strategically position themselves for success through actionable insights and high-impact connections.
